To Order - To place an order, please email us at witchesstitch@aol.com. Be sure to leave your contact information (name, address, phone number, etc.) along with the name of the item you are ordering. Please feel free to ask us any questions you may have. If you would also like additional pictures, just ask!
Shipping - Our orders generally ship via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office. Average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. At this time we only ship within the U.S. We take great care in each and every order, no matter how big or small. All items will come from a smoke free environment.
Payment - We accept secured online payments through PayPal. Our PayPal email address is witchesstitch@aol.com. You do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order. You can simply enter your credit card information into the secured site.
Returns/Refunds - Returns or refunds are not available on orders. Cancellations or changes are only available if your item has not been shipped. You must notify us within three days of receiving your item if there is any damage due to shipping. We do our best to describe color, size, shape and content of our listings ; so please ask any questions prior to purchasing and/or shipment.
